New Features
  • JO Summary Total EPC Breakdown: JO Summary Page now lets user see all EPC records by clicking the total number of each column. This feature is only available for RFID JO only.
  • DO Generation Logs: DO Generation Logs are implemented to keep track on the history of all Generate DO Actions. This will help troubleshooting any issues easier.
Improvements
  • JO Summary Performance: JO Summary Page now implements an asynchronous loading. It will load the page and the RFID data concurrently.
  • Varience Report 1: Varience Report has been revise and updated according to JO Summary. Any inconsistencies to older JO's are expected due to old unkempt data, especially before May 2026.
  • Varience Report 2: Varience Report is sectioned by month to improve data loading performance.
  • Dashboard: Implement filters on dashboard's Pending Item Overview tab.

New Features
  • New Wash Types: Introduced stained and others wash type.
  • (1) Wash Type Stained: Will be used for any stain textile that does not need any treatment.
  • (2) Wash Type Others: Can be used as an alternative for any partial delivery use case and anything that involves a separation between the parent JO other than the usual spin off.
Improvements
  • Button Loading Indicator: Action buttons will have a loading indicator as long as the function still operates.
  • Remarks for Spin Off: Users can add a remarks under spin off action on mobile app (e.g. This item is for partial delivery next month)
  • Applicable Wash Types for Spin Off: Show all applicable wash types for each different spin off options.

New Features
  • Textile Replacement Tracking: Introduced a dedicated flag via HANDHELD_REPLACEMENT for Textile Replacement, enabling full traceability of linen data throughout and after the replacement process.
  • Replacement Validation Safeguards: The system will now alert users when attempting to replace an RFID tag that is already linked to an active Delivery Order or has already been packed, preventing data conflicts.
  • Unauthorized Action Protection: Added safeguards to prevent unauthorized bulk unregistration of RFID tags and unauthorized Spin-Off Job Order creation during packing and delivery, improving overall system integrity.

  • Replacement Traceability: Textile replacement activity logs now accurately capture the current user, a confirmed detection status, and the correct replacement station — ensuring cleaner and more reliable audit trails.
  • Packing Submission Feedback: Error messages during packing submission are now clearer and more descriptive (e.g., notifying users when an RFID has no associated Job Order, is not registered, or belongs to an already-created Packing List), making it easier to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • DO and JO Tracking: Show delivered by from Delivery Order and staff_id on delivered JO/DO status history views, with mobile delivery completion API recording the driver id

  • Packing URL Updated: The packing list URL has been updated to the production environment, ensuring submissions are directed to the correct system.
  • Delivery Order (DO) Generation: Resolved an issue where the Driver selection field appeared blank on the first load of the DO generation screen.
  • Textile Replacement Job Order Check: Fixed a bug that prevented the replacement process from proceeding when no Job Order was associated — the process can now run independently of Job Order existence.
  • Laundry Validation View: Corrected the laundry validation column displayed in the textile summary report.
  • Laundry Validation RFID Cell: Fixed an issue where clicking an RFID cell in the laundry validation list was not functioning correctly.
  • Packing List Quantity: Resolved an issue where packing list quantities were not being updated correctly during Delivery Order creation.
  • RFID Job Order Identification: Fixed a scanning process issue where RFIDs linked to cancelled Job Orders were incorrectly included in the identification step, causing processing errors.
  • Driver Team Assignment: Fixed a bug that prevent the same driver team to be assigned to different DOs.
  • Packing List Details: Corrected a query issue affecting the accuracy of data displayed in the Packing List details view.
  • Packing Gantry Submission: Fixed two issues in the gantry packing submission process — inactive RFIDs are now correctly filtered out, and packing list records are only created when a valid Job Order is present.
