New Features

• Bulk Replace Linen & RFID Tag: from the Inventory RFID screen, select a station, retrieve its scanned tags, and replace the linen/RFID for all of them in one submission instead of one at a time (LIN-150, LIN-152).
• Editable comment on the Job Order report: the job order detail/report page now has an inline edit-comment control (pencil icon → edit → save/cancel) backed by a new "edit comment" API, so comments can be corrected without going through support.
